Toni is truly wonderful! This was my first reiki session and I felt a little nervous as didn’t know what to expect. She instantly put me at ease. The treatment itself was amazing!! And I will definitely be returning!

Had a great first shamanic healing session with Toni a couple of weeks ago! I was nervous and wasn't sure what to expect but she put me at ease and explained what she was going to do and how I may feel. The experience was positive and interesting! It has left me feeling lighter, calmer and more grounded about my journey ahead. I am grateful for the notes and crystals she gave me to take away :) x
Toni is incredibly skilled both at reiki and at giving spot on intuitive messages. During my reiki session we work online doing a distance healing. It felt as though she was right there moving the stagnant energy and helping to clear the blocks in me. I felt warm and safe the entire time and afterwards she gave me some important messages for each chakra she worked on. She was always grateful to work with me, an understanding listener and clearly explained the process as it was new to me. Her intuitive messages were brilliant using guided crystals to give me messages that made complete sense to where I was in my journey. She even gave me clear and simple action steps to take to move forward. Beautiful healing space, powerful messages and as always gratitude for the whole experience.
My first Reiki session with Toni was amazing. She created a calm space, listened with care, and shared thoughtful guidance. I left feeling lighter and more aware, a truly healing experience with a kind and genuine person.
I have had Reiki with Toni for a few years now & just love everything about it ❤️ it really helps me keep my mind & body balanced & calm,. Toni is an amazing practitioner & the appointment is always the best relaxation, she also offers guidance for those that would like it, this for me is always so apt to what is going on in my life & it always helps me get my thoughts in order.
I have also recently done a reiki course with Toni & this too was a fabulous day of calm & learning.
Toni comes highly recommended for both reiki sessions & courses. If it’s something you have been or are considering definitely give it a go you won’t be disappointed 😊
Each shamanic session I have had with Toni has been a wonderfully transformative experience with great support along the way. She listens with care to what I’m experiencing and creates the perfect intention or healing that is needed for me at that time to help me on my path.
Toni sets a beautiful, safe and powerful space and always is clear on answering any of my questions. I know that when I do a shamanic session with Toni that I am taken care of both ethically, professionally with care at the end to help me with my integration. I highly recommend a shamanic session with Toni if you are looking to make progress on your path!

Toni was my son’s tutor for about 3 years. Vinushan has a speech impediment and Toni has been an amazingly patient tutor who has made a huge difference in his performance in English!! He doesn’t like tuition but going to tutoring sessions with Toni never felt like a chore to him so that says something ! Thank you for all your help with Vinushan. Now that we are re-locating, I am not sure I will find someone as great as you were with him!!
So I’ve had a couple of reiki sessions with Toni and think it may be helpful to share my experience… particularly if you’re undecided or have been thinking about trying a session but haven’t taken the plunge yet… that was me! Firstly - Toni is fab and puts you right at ease, she is passionate about what she does and explains everything before the session starts. My session helped me feel relaxed and for the first time (in a long time) left me feeling ‘lighter’ and I really felt energised, focused and calm. I really see these sessions as an investment in myself for real self care. And I can’t wait for my next session. Thank you Toni
Having had a period of challenges, when it seems that everything was hard work to achieve. I felt out of balance, overwhelmed and tired and felt out of balance.
I needed to feel like myself and needed to replenish my energy. I have never had an energy session before. I was recommended to Tycho Retreat and try Reiki. On my arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile from Toni, in a calm relaxing and clean environment that put me at ease. My session was very relaxing comfortable, and I felt a sense of calmness. I would recommend Toni as a Reiki practitioner and look forward to my next session.
